Re: How to colorize an image?

In the OPs screen snap, the hue=75 and saturation=128, do not make a green color. This would be the equivalent of GeeMack's command using HSV values. convert untouched.png -colorspace gray -fill "hsv(120,255,127.5)" -tint 100 result.png You can see that from convert xc:"green" -colorspace hsv -depth...

Re: looking for docs for PRINT command

"-print" is used with a meaning as in C "printf()". It sends text to the console. It isn't concerned with physically printing on paper. "-print XYZ" is short for "-format XYZ -write info:". Those do not work on my Mac (unix). Perhaps I am doing something wrong. This works: convert rose: -format "%w...

Re: looking for docs for PRINT command

What is you want to print? Pictures or text. If pictures, then just save them to file and use some other tool such as your browser to print them to a printer. Sorry I have never used that print feature before for printing images. I know of no other documentation for that, but it might exist somewher...

Re: Crop sprites for minimal spritesheet size

Your red image is 256x256. Is that correct for what you want? How do you know where to put the trimmed flattened images (in white) inside the red larger 256x256 box? How would this help you crop the original image from the mask. You do not know the relative positions of the mask in relation to your ...

Re: Crop sprites for minimal spritesheet size

Your numbers do not make sense to me. The output sprites are 256x256. When you flatten them, they are still 256x256. You say the bounding box is 168x119 and then you say the output is 335x238. I do not understand these numbers. Which output do you want? The 4x4 grid of sprites or an animated image o...

Re: PAID: PDF color profil settings

Can you post an example PDF to some free hosting service that does not change the image format (such as dropbox.com) or zip the PDF before uploading. Then put the URL here so we can see what you have. If your input is a vector PDF, then Imagemagick will rasterize your PDF. Then if you try to save ag...

Re: How to find ticket and crop it into a single image?

If you are using a Unix-like system, then you could try my script, unperspective, at my link below.

Re: looking for docs for PRINT command

What is your IM version and platform? What do you want to print? What was your exact command line apart from the printing? What had you tried. Imagemagick uses -write to save images. It uses txt: to convert the image to list the pixels. It use -format ... info: to list certain meta data to the termi...

Re: Crop sprites for minimal spritesheet size

I still do not understand your issue. Do you want the montage to be 8x8 without specifying other than 8x. This works fine for me in IM 7.0.7.21 Q16 Mac OSX. Perhaps you need to upgrade IM. magick montage "test/sprite1.png" -duplicate 63 -trim +repage -geometry +0+0 -tile 8x -background none spritesh...

Re: Not using all available resources

Your memory limitation from Imagemagick is about 16GB. You can edit your policy.xml file to increase the IM Memory limitation. see https://www.imagemagick.org/script/resources.php What do you get from identify -verbose your.svg and what density are you trying to use. Perhaps the rasterized SVG file ...

Re: Crop sprites for minimal spritesheet size

Sorry, I do not understand the question. How are you getting an image that is too large? What was your command? If I take your one sprite and duplicated two more times and run magick montage "test/*.png" -geometry +0+0 -tile 3x -background none spritesheet_3x_128.png I get a resulting image that is ...

The one from Imagemagick will be around. The other is not from Imagemagick, so I do not know how long it will be around.

Re: How feasible is it by using ImageMagick to extract the town/city name of the place from the exif data(GPS informatio

Your image has no EXIF (or GPS) meta data containing the city. I do not think GPS reports city, only latitude/longitude. It also does not use IPTC Meta data. The IPTC data is the one that contains city information. So you would need to save IPTC from your camera. I am not a photographer, so I cannot...
